Vertical Vehicle Videos

1. Scheduling

• Schedule a filming day (usually 1–2 days out).
• Tell us how many vehicles you want filmed and any special requests (features to highlight, specific angles, etc.).
• We arrive at the agreed time with camera gear ready.

2. On-Site Filming

• We film each vehicle on the lot (typically 8–15 minutes per car depending on complexity).
• Process for each car:
  • Walk-around video (all sides, front, rear, wheels)
  • Interior shots (dashboard, seats, back seat, cargo area)
  • Close-ups of key features (engine if open, tech, condition highlights)
• Videos are shot in vertical portrait orientation (9:16) optimized for Facebook, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and phone viewing.
• Clean, professional lighting and steady footage.

3. Editing & Production (1–3 Days)

After filming, the footage goes into post-production:

• Color correction and exposure balancing
• Adding subtle text overlays (year, make, model, key features, price if provided. —You give us the specs for each vehicle)
• Clean transitions and pacing (videos usually 20–45 seconds each)
• Optional branding (lot name/logo at beginning or end)
• Music or ambient sound mixed cleanly
• Final export in high-quality vertical format

Most packages are completed and delivered within 1–3 business days after filming.

4. Delivery

We deliver the finished videos two ways:

• Private link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar) so they can preview everything
• Downloadable files (high-resolution MP4) ready to post or download to their devices

Each video is clearly labeled (e.g., “2021 Honda CR-V – Stock #4521”) so it’s easy to match to inventory.
